- In-Store Purchases
- No Exchanges or Returns: Items purchased in-store cannot be exchanged or returned. Customers have the opportunity to ensure the products are in perfect condition before making a purchase. Payment is only made once you are completely satisfied with your selection; therefore, all in-store purchases are final.
- Items Paid for Upon Delivery:
- No Returns or Refunds: Items paid for upon delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Please check the delivered item carefully before releasing our delivery personnel. This ensures you are happy with your purchase right from the start.
- Once the items have been delivered and accepted, we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
Please note that store credit or exchanges are offered on defective items only. - Any defective product must be reported at the time of delivery. If any faults are found at the time of delivery, you may contact us via:

The STYLE UP BEAUTY AND SKINCARE team reserves the right to check for defects and will try to repair or replace the defective product. If there is no stock available at the time, then you will receive a store credit valid for 60 days.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note we do not accept returns/refunds for the following:
- Sale Items:Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
General Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Returns and Refunds: We offer full refunds for Pay on Order items under the following circumstances:
- Original Condition:All items must be in their original packaging with all labels and product tags intact, hygiene seals untouched, unused and in their original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sold Out Items:If you pay for an item that is sold out, we will offer a full refund.
After the order has been delivered, we do not offer a pickup service for returns/exchanges. The items must be couriered back / brought to our store within 3 days of delivery in order to exchange the item.
